Legal Compliance

Before placing an order, ensure you are familiar with the laws and regulations in your country. Information about regulated substances is typically available on your country’s official government website. If you order any scheduled products that are seized by local customs, we are not responsible for complaints or refunds.

Country-Specific Restrictions

USA
We do not ship any Research Chemicals (RC) to the United States or to US citizens, regardless of their location.

United Kingdom (UK)
We do not ship any Research Chemicals (RC) to the United Kingdom or to UK citizens, regardless of their location.

Italy
Shipping to Italy is the slowest in Europe, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 6 weeks.

  • We will not provide any reshipment or refund before 6 weeks have passed.

Scandinavian Countries (E-Liquids, Drops, and Capsules)
In case of loss or other issues, no reshipment or refund is available for these products.

High-Risk Countries
We cannot guarantee delivery to the following countries:
Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy.

  • If you still wish to order, we recommend limiting your order to small quantities.

If your order of scheduled products is seized by local customs, we are not responsible for complaints or refunds.

Shipping Options and Fees

EU RC – €8 (European Countries Only)

  • Shipped every Friday from a low-risk European country.
  • Sent via express mail without a tracking number.
  • Estimated delivery time: around 10 working days.
  • EU RC can only be shipped to European countries.
    • Do not order if you are outside Europe.

Important:
If shipping to Pack Stations, Poste Restante, or PO Boxes, note that shipments from EU Retail do not include tracking numbers.
Before ordering, confirm that a tracking number is not required for these locations. Otherwise, your order may be lost.

If your order is sent to one of these locations and you did not check the tracking requirements beforehand, we recommend contacting the respective office as soon as possible to inquire about your shipment.

  • No complaints or refunds will be provided for lost shipments.

EU MEDS – €32

  • Shipped every Monday from the Netherlands via courier (DPD, DHL, La Poste) with a tracking number.
  • Estimated delivery time: around 1 week.
  • EU MEDS shipments are limited to domestic addresses only.
    • No shipping to Pack Stations, Poste Restante, or PO Boxes.

Restrictions:
We do not ship EU MEDS to the following countries:

  • Netherlands
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Switzerland

Combined Orders

If you order products from different warehouses, the shipping fee will be calculated separately for each shipment.

For example:
If you order from both EU MEDS (€32) and EU RC (€8), the total shipping fee will be:
€32 + €8 = €40.

Order Status

  • In afwachting van betaling: Payment has not been received yet.
  • Verwerking: Payment has been received, and your order will be shipped shortly based on the shipping schedule.
  • Compleet: Your order has been shipped and is on its way.
  • Geannuleerd: Payment was not verified in time, or your order has been canceled.
    • Payments are typically checked within 24 hours. If your order status is still “Cancelled” after payment, please contact us via email.
  • On Hold: We are waiting for a bank transfer or resolving an issue with your order. Please check your email for a notification from us.
  • Terugbetaald: Your order has been refunded.
