We do not ship any Research Chemicals (RC) to the USA or US citizens, even if they are outside of the States.

UK:
We do not ship any Research Chemicals (RC) to the United Kingdom or UK citizens, even if they are outside of the Kingdom.

ITALY:
The shipping to Italy is the slowest in Europe, from 2 to 6 weeks.
We will not provide any reship or refund before 6 weeks.

High Risk Countries:
We cannot guarantee delivery to the following countries: Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, Switzerland, and Italy.
If you still wish to order, we suggest ordering only small quantities.

If your order of scheduled products is seized by local customs, we will not be responsible for any complaints or refunds.

From EU Retail we ship only WITHOUT tracking number.
Usually for this kind of shipping the tracking number is required.
Before order be sure the tracking numbers NOT required or your order will be lost.

In case you shipped to one of these places and you didn’t check previously if the tracking was required, we suggest to contact the their office ASAP and ask about your letter or package.

We cannot guarantee that they will find your shipment.

EU MEDS can be shipped ONLY to domestic address, NO Pack Station, NO Poste Restante, NO PO Box.

We DO NOT ship EU MEDS to the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland.

COMBINED ORDER

If you order 2 products from different ware houses the shipping fee will be calculate for each shipment.
For example you order products from EU MEDS and other from EU RC the delivery fee will be
32 € + 8 € = 40 € TOT.

ORDER STATUS

Pending Payment: we still waiting for the payment

Processing: we received the payment and the order will be soon shipped in according of what you ordered

Complete: the order is on the way to you

Cancelled: we not checked the BTC payment yet or your order has been cancelled because out of time. Usually we check the all the payments every 24h, if your order is paid in this time the status still “Cancelled”, please contact us by email.

On hold: we are waiting for to receive the bank wire or there is a problem with your order in this case check your email and you will find a notification from us.

Refunded: the order has been refunded
