Mechanism of Action: Tadalafil, like Sildenafil, is a PDE5 inhibitor. By inhibiting this enzyme, Tadalafil enhances the effect of nitric oxide, leading to smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow to the penis.

Applications:

1. Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Prescribed for ED treatment.
2. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Helps in reducing symptoms of BPH.
3. Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Used to treat PAH.
